How to use the cinepass coupon?

CINEPASS is a multi-pass ticket that gives you free admission to all the Slovak Queer Film Festival (FFi) screenings in Bratislava.
It allows you to book shows online immediately after the programme is published.

• The reservation guarantees that there is a reserved seat for you in the cinema hall – however, you must arrive at the cinema hall at least 5 minutes before the screening starts.
• Reservations can be made no later than 10 minutes before the start of the show.
• You can have 5 shows booked at once (once one of your booked shows has started, you can make a booking for the next show already).

The Cinepass is non-transferable (it is tied to a name, a person).

The Cinepass takes the form of a plastic card that you can use for several years at the FFi, but each year you must activate it by paying the Cinepass fee for that year’s festival.

Cinepass cannot be used in the form of a scanned code on your phone, you must bring the physical plastic card with you.

With a cinepass, you don’t have to stop at the box office, you can go straight to the screening room.

It only takes a few minutes and we will walk you through the whole process.

Visit https://ffi.cinepass.sk/en/price-list/ and on the left menu, set the language to ENGLISH.

• If you have a MyCinepass account from last year or from another festival, you can use your existing account to log in by clicking on SIGN IN. If you don’t remember your login details, use the lost password recovery function.
• If you do not have an account in the system yet, click on the REGISTER button and fill in the required details – this step will register you, creating an account in this booking system. You can then proceed to purchase the CINEPASS using the discount coupon.

Click on BUY CINEPASS, enter your discount code in the Coupon field and follow the on-screen instructions. A confirmation email will arrive at your email address from noreply@cinepass.sk – confirming your purchase/activation of the cinepass.

• If you have visited the festival in the past, during the activation of your discount voucher you have the option to activate the cinepass (plastic card) that you used at the festival last year. If you no longer have this card, you must have a new cinepass card created.
• If you have not been to the festival in the past/ have not activated your cinepass card from last year, the confirmation email will also include a unique PIN code which you should keep. During the festival, stop by one of the festival ticket offices where we will issue your cinepass card based on your unique PIN. You can then walk straight into the screening hall with your cinepass.

As soon as we publish the schedule, just log in to your cinepass account and you can make reservations for your preferred screenings.
